Corporate
Division
YMS
can handle all of your corporation/business events
including: meetings, conferences, seminars, board
meetings, retreats, and more. YMS handles registration,
room setup, audio-visual and speaker needs, receptions,
transportation, catering, gift bags, room signage,
arrange meeting space, computer terminals, registration,
catering, and any other required logistics.
Special Events Division
YMS coordinates weddings, banquets, receptions, birthday
parties, family or class reunions, anniversaries,
promotions, church events, parties, wedding and baby
showers, fundraisers, exhibitions, or balls. We have
a minimum 50 person requirement for special events.
Trade Show and Exhibition Division
YMS can take the stress of exhibiting at a trade show
or hosting a trade show. We can manage your entire
booth and coordinate and organize all additional trade
show activities including off-site meetings or client
appreciation dinners.
Non-profit
and Faith-Based Organization Division
YMS will work with non-profit organizations and faith-based
organizations of all sizes and budgets. YMS can coordinate
and organize your non-profit’s special events,
fundraisers, board retreats, seminars, conferences,
meetings, and more. YMS can plan and organize your
church’s special events, anniversaries, celebrations,
and more.
